I am getting ready to retire and offer the two divisions of The Tracks Company for sale. The Tracks Division refers to the making of the over the tire tracks for the Polaris Ranger 6x6, the John Deere Gator 6x4, and other similar vehicles. The Wheel Spacer and Adapter Division refers to all of the various spacers and adapters shown here on the website as well as others under development. In either case the buyer will receive the manufacturing, marketing, distribution, and intellectual property rights to these products and of course all of the various jigs, small tools, and specific procedures needed. I will give all the detailed information and virtually unlimited guidance and training that you will need to learn how to make the tracks or spacers. The various shop equipments needed, such as work tables, welder, drill press, angle grinder and bench grinders, hydraulic shop press, punch press, and various small hand tools are not included, but you probably already have most of these in your shop anyway and if you do not, they are relatively inexpensive to acquire. The Metal Pro shear/punch press was the most expensive but was still only a few thousand dollars, and the shop press was under a thousand. Free Shipping included to your location. A similar Wheel Spacer is available for the Kubota BX24 Compact Tractor to give improved safety and stability to what is otherwise a top heavy and tippy nachine. They have the proper 5x4.5" bolt pattern, 1/2"x20 threads, and 60 degree countersink to fit the Kubota BX24. Each spacer is custom made from 1/4" plate steel and generously welded. The photo shows 2" wide spacers but they can also be made in other widths if you prefer for a base price of $175/pair plus $4/half inch for widths over 3". One RTV lug bolt is included in the photo for size comparison.
5 Bolt to 4 Bolt(5x4.5 to 4x156) Wheel Adapter Spacers will allow owners of the Kubota RTV and John Deere XUV, Gator, and HPX to install a wider variety of 4 Bolt aftermarket rim/wheel combinations than are available in the 5 Bolt pattern. Convenient to install and fully length adjustable tracks are available from The Tracks Company. Polaris Ranger 6x6 Tracks or John Deere Gator / Cub Cadet pattern tracks will turn these machines into a half-track vehicle and enhance traction, stability, and flotation. Installing the Camoplast Traxion Tracks on the front axle will create the Ultimate Polaris Ranger 6x6 with extraordinary traction in snow and ice and flotation in soft, muddy fields.
Front Tracks Notice: Camoplast has discontinued their Traxion Plus Models which were unfortunately the only tracks for use on the front axle that were compatible with rear over-the-tire tracks (due to drive sprocket considerations). Hence forward they will only be available as they can be found on the used market. There is currently still one pair of lightly used store demonstration front tracks available for the above price and when they are gone...well, I hate to think of that.
